Purpose Of Job:

Provide an experience where the client feels cared for as part of our promise to show a deep desire to care for the families we serve.

 

Key Relations:

All internal and external.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant post-matric qualification.
  • Min 3 years experience in investment and planning environment and LISP Experience

 

Computer Applications:

  • Microsoft packages
  • Fusion/Maxim (internal software)

 

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and products.

 

Kpa/ Strategic Business Deliverables:

  • Effectively accurately processing the number of transactions against the time allocated.
  • Executing transactions timeously and correctly and within SLA.
  • Processing of various LISP instructions such as:

                 – Discretionary products-related investments and disinvestments.

                 – Section 14 and Section 50 transfer in and out.

                 – Retirement, pre-retirement and emigration withdrawals

                 – Transfers related to Retirement Funds and Living Annuities.

                 – Maintenance instructions including switches, change of details and Annuity Revaluations.

                 – Apply or cancel relevant Tax Directive and ROT applications on ITax as and when required.

                 – Complete manual ROT requests and forms related to transfers.

  • Liaise with external Suppliers and Advisers regarding any outstanding requirements.
  • Write clear notes on work objects ensuring that the data captured facilitates easy access to the progress of the instruction.
  • Following the correct processes.
  • Follow-up date for transactions and action correctly according to SLA.
  • Resolution of complex cases.
  • Adhoc projects as and when required.
  • Coaching and supporting new Team Members.
