Client Care Consultant

Responsibilities:

Post requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/client care department
• Knowledge of principles and practices of client care
• High level of computer literacy and excellent Administration skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven ability to achieve referral and lead targets
• Strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Ability to plan and strategize
• Driven and tenacious yet have the patience to explain systems and deal with client care queries
• Have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to visit clients.
• Own office setup at home, with reliable wifi/inverter / pc or Laptop
